IIL (Iconic Institute of LEADERSHIP) is an educational start-up led by Raj Raizada which is a step towards revolutionizing the Indian education system & inspiring the youth of India towards a better life. Through this, our aim is to make Indian youth aware of their maximum potential, so that they can lead a better life and set an example for their acquaintances and also inspire them towards a good life.
First of all, all of you are very welcome on this platform of IIL. Now we would like to draw your attention to some very important aspects of our Indian education system.
We all know that, there are a few shortcomings in the education system of India. Education for so many people here means a college degree, studies means competition, and being intelligent means leaving the students studying with them behind them in the competition. If you feel that any of the above statements is true, then please stop for a while and consider it one more time.
“Educate”. That word is derived from the Latin word “educo,” meaning to educe, to draw out, to DEVELOP FROM WITHIN.
An educated man is one who has so developed the faculties of his mind that he may acquire anything he wants, or its equivalent, without violating the rights of others. Education has no connection with competition or any college degree. Any man is educated who knows where to get knowledge when he needs it, & how to organize it into definite plans of action.
In our Indian education system, maximum attention is given to theoretical knowledge, whether it is schools, colleges, universities, or any other educational institution. We do not say that theoretical knowledge is not necessary, it also has its own value. But our society fails to understand a simple fact, that knowledge has no value except that which can be gained from its application toward some worthy end.

Our guess is that if these given deficiencies of the education system are rectified, then these figures can be reduced.
In this situation, IIL has taken up the responsibility to fill this loophole. The entire team of IIL will help you to achieve practically everything that is required to live a good life. These 3 things are basically health, wealth and happiness. How to achieve these three things in your life, you will now see that in practical terms.
At the same time, we will personally strive to bring meaningful changes in the traditional education system. And it is our unwavering belief that it is easy to be.
