Raj Raizada is a young visionary, entrepreneur and the author of an emerging book the "Fundamentals of personality" leading the top fronts on the popular e-commerce websites, has been a networker and a performance coach in the School of leadership and IgniteGENIX, an IIT Delhi venture.
His company IIL with the purpose of inspiring the country's youth to live a better life is working towards revolutionizing the Indian education system by adding up meaningful additions to it.
He was born on 29 july 2001 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. He belongs to an upper middle class family. Throughout his school journey, he faced so many ups and downs in his academic performance, overall he was not more than an average student. That’s why he is a new name in the list of people who’ve proved that a single piece of paper cannot define your future.
After completing his school, he went to Lakshmi Narayan College of Technology to complete his graduation in B. Tech Information Technology. There he explored various career options and observed that thousands of students were facing a common issue which was one of the biggest obstacles in their path of success in their respective fields. It was an undeveloped personality. A thought was constantly teasing his mind, that why there is no “proper training program” in schools for character & personality. People talk about it, teachers talk about it, but proper attention has not been given on this topic. There is a reason behind it, teachers have their mainstream subjects to teach. Science, English, Mathematics, Social Science, etc. They have to complete the syllabus before a declared deadline. They don’t have the required amount of time to properly focus on nurturing the character & personality of a student. There is a need for separate classes to deal with this topic, which is not present in the majority of the schools of India in the current scenario.
And here the thought of IIL and educational revolution was born. He decided to fill this loophole with his knowledge, skills & start-up. Currently he is working on his mission along with his studies in Bhopal.

Arpit Ghura is a young entrepreneur working towards building a great ecosystem for the nation's people to live life easier and comfortable.
He was born on 1st March 2002 in Mihona, a town in district Bhind in Madhya Pradesh. He belongs to an middle class family. Throughout his school journey, he faced so many ups and downs in his academic performance, overall he was not more than an average student. That’s why he is a new name in the list of people who’ve proved that a single piece of paper cannot decide your future.
After completing his school, he went to Lakshmi Narain College of Technology and Science to complete his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering. Their he explored various career options and has done so much of hard work and got an Internship offer from Microsoft. He has quite good interest in startups. So, he and Raj both building IIL.
Currently He is working on his mission to empower students to be better person in terms of personality and soft skills after doing schooling.
